Accused, attacked, and arrested, Paul could have been swallowed up in discouragement and given up if not for the constant help and encouragement he received from fellow believers. He had friends who:
-- Hugged them (Acts 21:1, 13, 17)
-- Escorted them through life (Acts 21:1–5, 7–8, 15–16)
-- Looked out for them (Acts 21:4, 11–14)
-- Prayed for them (Acts 21:5)
-- Knew their limits (Acts 21:10–11)
We should all strive to be this kind of friend to those in need or who are hurting.
