Remembering Those Who Paid the Ultimate PriceMemorial Day 2022 We honor the fallen once a year on Memorial Day, but their sacrifice is evident every single day of the year, and we enjoy the fruits of their sacrifice and sacrifice every moment of every day! Today, we want to honor the memory of all those who have sacrificed their lives on the altar of freedom. Those thousands of sacrificed lives were not given in vain! Because of their sacrifice, we are free today and have the right to assemble ourselves together and worship our God as we please. Among others, we are thankful for the sacrifices of each brave man and woman represented in the sobering numbers below, each of whom died to preserve the freedoms we enjoy today: --Revolutionary War: 25,324 May the Lord bless the living family members of each fallen hero who paid the ultimate price for our freedom! |
