New Teaching Series: Great Revivals of the BibleToday: Genesis 35, Revival Under Jacob Were it not for the shocking events of life, some of us would never consider our need for revival to be very serious at all. But often, just when we have settled into the routine of our ways and thought that we were no worse off than the average believer, the Lord mercifully shocks us from the staleness of our relationship with him. Such is the circumstance that the patriarch Jacob found himself in Genesis 35. The whole problem started over his daughter, Dinah. Jacob had just moved back into the land of Canaan when Shechem, the son of Hamor, ruler of that area, saw Dinah, took her, and raped her (Gen. 34:2). This led to a series of events that ultimately brought revival to the house of Jacob! For more infomation visit: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCeSUbtYa69cR1yMM7Uem8aw?view_as=subscriber
